KSD-9700系列熱保護(hù)器是由碟形高靈敏雙金屬元件、動(dòng)觸頭、靜觸片、固定底座、外殼、耐溫導(dǎo)線等組成。工作時(shí)雙金屬元件處于自由狀態(tài)，動(dòng)觸頭與靜觸片閉合，電路導(dǎo)通。當(dāng)使用電器因故障發(fā)熱而使溫度上升至熱保護(hù)器的動(dòng)作溫度時(shí)，雙金屬元件受熱產(chǎn)生內(nèi)應(yīng)力而動(dòng)作，推開(kāi)動(dòng)觸頭離開(kāi)靜觸片而斷開(kāi)電路，從而切斷故障電器電源起到保護(hù)電器作用。當(dāng)被保護(hù)電器溫度下降到熱保護(hù)器的額定復(fù)位溫度值時(shí)，雙金屬元件恢復(fù)到初始狀態(tài)觸點(diǎn)閉合，電器恢復(fù)正常工作。該產(chǎn)品具有電阻小、感溫快、動(dòng)作、、體積小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

   KSD-9700 seri thermal protector consists of dish shape high sensitive bimetallic elemeng,movable contact-head,static contact-piece,soleplate,outer case,ghermal ristant lead and so on.When operation,the bimetallic element is in free state and movable contact-head and static contace-piece are closed and the circuit is on.When the electric appliance is in operation is in operation and produc heat caused by some troubl and temperature is raised to the rated action temperature of the product,the bimetallic element produc inner stus and acts quickly and push the movable contact-head and make the vontact point off and the power supply is rurned off the electric appliance s.in this way the thermal protection is made.When the temperature of electric appliance to be protected is dropped to the rated ret temperature.The bimetallic element rtor to its primary state and contact point is closed .The electric appliance rtor its work.The product has many advantag such as all in ristor,puick in temperature feeling,fast in action.Safe and reliable.compact and so on.

溫度檢測(cè)方法：將試樣兩引線分別接在測(cè)試設(shè)備的夾具上，通上10mA左右的電流（不過(guò)100mA），用一發(fā)光二管指示電流的通斷，然后將試樣放入測(cè)溫設(shè)備內(nèi)，（測(cè)試設(shè)備內(nèi)溫度應(yīng)均勻，加熱升溫速度可控制）溫度計(jì)探頭應(yīng)貼近試樣，控制檢測(cè)設(shè)備溫度以0.5～1℃/min的速率升溫,當(dāng)發(fā)光二管熄滅時(shí),記下溫度計(jì)讀數(shù)即為試樣的動(dòng)作溫度。

TT METHOD:Sample is connected to the fixture of the equipment,and placed into the tt equipment (Hot current of air in the space of tt should be equipped with a stirrer and temperature is controllable).A detect current about 10mA(no more then 100mA)is ped through the sample and a thermometer is placed junction to the sample to monitor the opening temperature .The temperature of the tt equipment is raised at the rate of 0.5～1℃ per minute until the sample functioned.
