ZWL-3928是國內(nèi)款擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的單晶測試機(jī)，采用的嵌入式技術(shù)、大規(guī)模集成電路、精密數(shù)控電源驅(qū)動及數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊，能夠配合全自動分光分色機(jī)、芯片探針臺等應(yīng)用平臺，實(shí)現(xiàn)ＬＥＤ全自動測試、分揀。具備測試藍(lán)光、白光及一般可見光LED(發(fā)光二管)的光電參數(shù)功能；測試條件及分類條件可由電腦設(shè)置，測試結(jié)果電腦顯示?？商娲_灣維明公司生產(chǎn)的LED-628型機(jī)器。

ZWL-3928 is the only single-chip led test instrument with all independent intellectual property rights at home at present. It adopts the advanced built-in technology、LSI、exact CNC power supply drive and fast data sampling module. Accompanied with automatic spectrophotocolorimeter, chip detector instrument, etc, to realize the automatic testing and sorting for LED. Also, it can test the photoelectric parameters; and the test condition can be preset by computer. It can fully instead of LED-628 from Weimin in Taiwan.

適用范圍

ZWL-3928測試機(jī)的系統(tǒng)實(shí)用范圍廣泛，接口協(xié)議采用了行業(yè)內(nèi)通用的協(xié)議，兼容多數(shù)廠家的芯片探針臺、LED自動測試臺，實(shí)現(xiàn)LED、芯片全自動的測試及分揀。

產(chǎn)品測量參數(shù)

1.精密測量正向電壓0~8V，反向電壓0~200V；

2.配置本公司專有的精密恒流源；

3.提供漏電流卡測功能；

4.繪制正向電壓與點(diǎn)亮電流的對應(yīng)曲線，可以直觀體現(xiàn)LED的正向電特性；

5.精密測量LED的光色參數(shù)；

6.依據(jù)自定義測試條件，產(chǎn)生測試結(jié)果并將產(chǎn)品分Bin；

7.測試分選條件及范圍由機(jī)輸入，測試結(jié)果PC屏幕顯示并存檔。

技術(shù)特點(diǎn)

1.自主開發(fā)基于線陣CCD的快速光柵光譜儀，準(zhǔn)確測量發(fā)光二管的相對光譜功率分布，通過數(shù)據(jù)處理計(jì)算得到色品坐標(biāo)、相關(guān)色溫、顯色指數(shù)、色容差、峰值波長、光譜半寬度、主波長、色比、色純度等色度學(xué)參數(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)LED的全性能高光學(xué)測試；

2.采用基于WINDOWS的多線程技術(shù)進(jìn)行及時(shí)的海量數(shù)據(jù)處理以及自動化設(shè)備控制；

3.采用非機(jī)械式通道切換技術(shù)，使LED測試效率12，分BIN率可達(dá)30K芯以上每小時(shí)，并徹底排除因人工測試造成的隨機(jī)誤差，使測試錯(cuò)誤率從原來的3%降1‰；

4.融合運(yùn)用“計(jì)算機(jī)總線虛擬分布式控制技術(shù)”和“非一致存儲訪問體系結(jié)構(gòu)（NUMA）”，使原來以單片機(jī)控制為主的低數(shù)據(jù)率測試手段躍升到以工控機(jī)為硬件平臺、面向?qū)ο笈c過程控制為主的軟件方法測試，實(shí)現(xiàn)海量數(shù)據(jù)分析、存儲、圖表顯示，使LED的測試結(jié)果更、更直觀。

1. Test the relative spectral power distribution of LED accurately with fast spectrum instrument based on CCD, then you can get the parameters such as chromaticity coordinates、color temperature、color rendering index、color difference、peak wavelength、half width、dominant wavelength、color ratio、color purity etc.

2. Do the m data processing and automatisation equipment control with multithreading technology based on WINDOWS.

3. Adopt non-mechani swift technology, which enhances 12 times of test efficiency and reaches above 30K/hour, and eliminates the manual error completely that makes the error ratio reduce from 3% to 1‰；

4. Use the “chief line dummy distributing control technology” and “NUMA”, which converts the test method from SCM to software system, and it can print, display and store m data by the computer.
