DDSY238single phase electronic prepaid meter (prepaid meter) adopt micro-electron technique amount energy power，which conforms to GB/T17215-1998 and GB/Tstandard meter，adopt full-screening、full-sealed structure，has advanced monolithic process system to conduct picking、processing and reserving data，uming favorable specialty of repelling electromagnetic interference、low consumption power savings、high accuracy & no checking meter、anti-thieve electricity、high load、long life。

Prime specialty：apply computer management，buy electricity in advance then use it；it could limit the most used power at rated current range；a card for a meter，only one card of the meter，not loose electricity once loosing card，feed card to use；card transitive data two-way，automatic disconnect to warn user to buy electricity；the electricity amount is 0, automatic disconnect the electricity；It has definite anti-thieve electricity software design, etc.

DDSY238 series electronic energy meter used for 50Hz or 60Hz active metering power，installed indoor or in outdoor meter box。its temperature is between-10℃to +50℃,relative humidity is not exceed 85%, and there is not putrid gas, in the same time, it should avoid the effect of dust sands, salt folk, dew, etc.

III、Main structure and work principle

First voltage divider gains voltage sampling signal，diverter  take current sampling signal， through multiplier to get voltage & current production signal，then frequency  transform to generate scaling pulse which is a  product between frequency and voltage & current .

 Energy amounts pulse through photo-electricity coupler send to CPU process，after operation store non-easy-lost EEPROM. Computer manages information system, through IC card reader，put into some amount and monitored IC card input micro-processor system， after CPU operation, then supply display、warning、disconnection state indicator.   

IV、 installation and use

1, the meter should be installed and used after adjusting and adding seal, if no seal or stored long time please readjust it and add seal again, then could be used.

2, The meter should be installed at drying airy place, back plate should be fixed on the wall of solid fire-resistive，non-vibrating，the meter height is about1.8m.

3, Wiring according circuit diagram，tightening wired screw，and fix terminal box connecting plate.

4, the transformer te meter must multiplication ration of current transformer, and then it is the electricity energy in fact.

5, One meter one card：user’s IC card don’t be interchanged，if lost card then should go to buy one from power supply（sale department）.

6, Preparation to buy electricity：user must put IC card into meter to return the meter data to computer data bank.

7, Buying mode：put IC card into reader at sale，and operate computer to write down user’s no.、buying amount、warning amount、limit mode and limit power etc adding secret into IC card.

8, Use of card：put the card into the meter，if it is valid，then the card will automatic read the data into the meter，LCD meter display will be：amount、total amount、meter constant、warning amount、credit amount、limit power. Please reserve the card good.

9, Operating display：display by turns the rest amount、gross used amount.

10, Exceed capacity warning：on the course of meter operation，if“warning indicator”twinkle display quickly，then warn user that the amount is exceeding。 If the meter is set to exceed capacity power-off mode， then 30 seconds later，it will disconnect 3 minutes，and display count down（180S） to recover supply time；if user plug card response then it is ok to supply electricity。

11, Hoard limited：if buying amount + rest amount﹥hoard limited（10000kwh），then buying amount don’t be read，display shows“rest amount” to mention，card amount is still valid。

12. Pre-warning：when the rest amount of the meter is no more than 2 times“warning amount”，“warning indicator”will glint（interval is 1S） to remind user to buy electricity，at this time if user plug card，“warning indicator” glint interval is 2S，and it will avoid disconnect warning.

13, Disconnect warning：if at the pre-warning, user has not plugged the card，then the rest amount is the warning amount,（or buying amount 10% this time），the meter will be disconnected to warn，shows“disconnect” promoting symbol，at this time it will be ok to recover the power supply to  putting IC card into the meter.

14, Power supply remind：if the rest amount is no more than“warning amount”，“warning indicator” will be gleam to remind.

15, Trouble declaration：the rest amount shows 0 or negative value，displays“disconnect”promoting symbol，if the meter could operate continually，user should buy the electricity at once，and reflect the situation from power supply department。

V、Warranty

Under the normal use condition and the seal is ok, if user find the unnormal meter within 18 months, the manufacturer will fix and change it without fees.
