此儀器上面安裝了254nm和365nm的紫外光源，透射紫外光源采用310nm紫外光源燈管采用緊密排列，儀器可配攝影裝置。對(duì)DNA和RNA的條帶進(jìn)行觀察和拍攝時(shí)，因采用各種波長(zhǎng)紫外光，所以其清晰度可接近國(guó)外同類儀器的水平，并排除可在照相底片上出現(xiàn)燈管陰影的現(xiàn)象。是參照了國(guó)外同類儀器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在征集了廣大用戶建議后精心設(shè)計(jì)制造了這臺(tái)確有多種用途和多種功能的實(shí)驗(yàn)分析儀器。

　　There are two ultraviolet sources with the wavelength of 254 nm and 365 nm which are installed respectively on both sides of this instrument and one set of visible light source which is installed on the one side. A ultraviolet source with middle wavelength of 310 nm is adopted as a transmission source. The light tubes are arranged tightly. A camera can be allocated in the instrument if need. When applying this instrument to observe or photo the bands of DNA and RNA, the distictness can be compared with that of same type instrument produced abroad and the shadow of the light tubes which is always appeared on the photofilm will be wliminated because the ultraviolet light with various wavelength is applied in this instrument.
