ZYVF-L10型LED觀片燈是針對(duì)JB/T4730-2005《承壓設(shè)備無損檢測(cè)》和GB/T 19802-2005《工業(yè)射線照相底片觀片燈》新的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制的新產(chǎn)品。
光源采用大功率的LED面光源,使其在高亮度下,依舊具備極高的均勻度,且理論工作壽命在50,000小時(shí)以上,是現(xiàn)有工業(yè)射線底片觀片燈的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。
此外,還具有造型美觀、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、光線均勻穩(wěn)定、使用可靠、攜帶方便、亮度可任意調(diào)節(jié)等特點(diǎn),是目前理想的X射線照像底片觀察燈具。能廣泛適用于機(jī)械、化工、航空、造船、鍋爐、電力等單位射線照像底片的評(píng)定工作。便攜堅(jiān)固耐用的外觀設(shè)計(jì),使其極度適合在野外流動(dòng)性的場(chǎng)合工作。觀察屏材料采用日本三菱株式社生產(chǎn)的亞克力板,具有超越玻璃的透光性,良好的慢散射性能,并且持久耐用,不變形、不變色,可清晰地觀察到在4.0D黑度底片上的微小缺陷,滿足了日常使用的需求。
該產(chǎn)品還根據(jù)人眼生理學(xué)的特點(diǎn),限定LED的色溫在8000K左右,不刺眼,即使長(zhǎng)時(shí)間地觀看,眼睛也不易疲勞。采用針對(duì)LED觀片燈而設(shè)計(jì)的恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)方式,更大程度上保證了LED的正常工作,從而達(dá)到延長(zhǎng)壽命的目的。低壓電子脈寬調(diào)制方式的亮度無級(jí)調(diào)光,進(jìn)一步保障了使用者的安全,具備腳踏模式和手動(dòng)模式,滿足不同工作習(xí)慣,節(jié)能環(huán)保。
