本廠生產的蓄電池測試儀，可以測試各種規(guī)格的蓄電池容量狀態(tài)，進行高校放電，判斷蓄電池的好壞。
1、 結構特點：
本產品由直流電壓表，負載電阻，線路、開關，以鋼材為外殼，鍍銅夾頭等組成，儀表表盤有蓄電池的容量狀態(tài)指示。 聯(lián)興
2、 技術參數(shù)：
測試范圍：蓄電池電壓額定為6v、12v，蓄電池額定容量為32-500安時，放電電流為100-120.
指標形式：以表面顏色和文字指明。
測量方法：手動順時接觸式，每次測試時間不得過5秒。
表頭：2.0線表頭，測量為0-16v，出廠產品均合企業(yè)標準（Q/ILPW-02-98）
3、 測試準備：蓄電池測試時，在通風的地方進行操作，操作者不準吸煙，周圍不得有明火。清潔蓄電池測試端，檢查蓄電池外殼是否破裂、損壞。
4、 測試蓄電池的方法：先檢查儀表指針是否在標度盤左向位上，如指針位，在后蓋孔中旋轉調器，將指針調到位為正。將測試夾頭夾在蓄電池接線柱上，表面指示燈亮為正級，可以不分正負進行測試，如指示燈不亮，檢查夾子是否加好。按動負載開關，直到指針穩(wěn)定，時間不得過20秒。
5、 蓄電池分析：見表面指針，在綠區(qū)為好、紅區(qū)為低、黃區(qū)為弱。放電測試時間，讀出電壓見反面詳圖。
6、 測試充電系統(tǒng):
(1) 按照測試蓄電池的方法，連接測試儀。
(2) 啟動發(fā)動機讓其正常的工作溫度。
(3) 啟動發(fā)動機轉速到1200-1500轉/分。注意保持轉動的發(fā)動機清潔，同時不要按負載開關。
(4) 讀數(shù)：讀數(shù)在紅域內說明充電系統(tǒng)有問題，蓄電池將充電不足，若指針指示OK區(qū)域內（綠）,既說明充電系統(tǒng)完好，可以對蓄電池進行充電。
7、測量蓄電池段隔
（1）將蓄電池測試儀上的紅色橡膠帶線夾頭夾在蓄電池正樁柱上，注：黑色橡膠線夾嚴禁使用，以危險。
（2）將帶線測試棒表體下端插孔內，即可對蓄電池進行逐隔測試其段格狀況，如有一個表面指示沒有反應（測試時應接觸良好）說明蓄電池已斷隔。
（3）常規(guī)測試為每格2伏，說明蓄電池是好的。
8、注意事項：（1）嚴禁將測試儀暴露在雨雪天。（2）蓄電池周圍嚴禁火種，不要讓金屬工具跌落在蓄電池上，以產生火花、短路或由此引起的其他故障甚至。（3）測試儀有任何損壞時不得使用。

4, test battery method: first check meter needle is in the dial left to zero, such as pointer no longer zero, in back cover the hole rotating zero apparatus, the pointer is transferred to zero. Will test clamp head stuck in the battery terminal, surface indicator for positive level, regardless of anode can be tested, such as light not bright, check whether the clip with good. Press load switch, until the pointer stability, time can not be more than 20 seconds.
5, battery ysis: see surface pointer, in the green area for good, red sector for low, yellow area is weak. Discharge test time, read voltage see reverse side detail.
6, test charge system:
(1) according to the test battery method, connection tester.
(2) start engine let to the normal working temperature.
(3) start engine speed to 1200-1500 revolutions per minute. Pay attention to keep rotary engine clean, at the same time not to press load switch.
(4) reading: reading in the red areas that charging system has a problem, battery will undercharge, if the pointer indicating OK area (green), which means charging system in good condition, can to battery charging.
7, measuring battery section partition
(1) will battery tester on red rubber belt clamp head stuck in the battery positive pile, note: black rubber clip it is strictly prohibited to use, in case of danger.
(2) will take line test bar insert table body bottom jack inside, can to battery was carried out by adapting the partition testing its period of grid conditions, such as a surface indicating no reaction (test shall ensure that contact good) indicates that the battery has broken partition.
