   一、概述General Remark：
    該型號為 YS-1 的變形產品，其顯著特點是采用較大內孔和法蘭連接方式，適用于非密閉場合，尤其是粘稠、或漿狀介質或富含顆粒類介質的測量。采用此種形式可達到不易堵塞，便于清洗的效果，進一步發(fā)揮了陶瓷電容傳感器抗腐蝕性能好的技術特點和較經濟的優(yōu)勢。可廣泛用于石油、化工、電力、冶金、制藥、食品等許多工業(yè)領域。
    This model is derived from YS-1, it features big internal hole and flange connection, suitable for non sealed application, especially for viscous, slurry media or granule media. This design eliminates the risk of blocking, and provides easy cleaning, further develops ceramic capacitance sensor’s function of corrosion-proof and economic advantage. It finds many utilities in petroleum, chemical, power,
metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food industries.

   三、工作原理Working Principle

     變送器由傳感器與電子元件線路組成，被測介質的壓力直接作用于傳感器的陶瓷膜片上，使膜片產生與介質壓力成正比的微小位移，正常工作狀態(tài)下，膜片位移不大于0.025mm，電子線路檢測這一位移量后，即把這一位移量轉換成對應于這一壓力的標準工業(yè)測量信號（4~20）mA。超壓時膜片直接貼到堅固的陶瓷基體上，由于膜片與基體的間隙只有0.1mm，過載時膜片的位移只能是0.1mm，所以從結構上保證了膜片不會產生過大變形。由于膜片采用高性能的工業(yè)陶瓷，因而使傳感器具有很強的抗沖擊及抗過載能力。
    Transmitter is composed of sensor and electronic element circuit, pressure of measured medium directly applies on sensor s ceramic diaphragm, force diaphragm to displace tinily in proportion to pressure of medium, under normal working condition, diaphragm displace no more than 0.025mm, electronic circuit detects this displacement, and convert it into standard industrial measuring signal i.e. (4～20mA) corresponding to this pressure. When overpressure, diaphragm directly stick to solid ceramic base body, as there is only 0.1mm gap between diaphragm and base body, when overpressure, the maximum diaphragm displacement could be no more than 0.1mm, (at that time, measuring diaphragm sticks to ceramic bracket, avoid damage) so structurally prevent diaphragm from excessive deformation. Because diaphragm adopts high functional industrial ceramic, sensor is significantly shock-proof and overload-proof.

       可根據需要從任何一個出口引出，建議使用φ 10 工業(yè)電纜作為引線，以便密封。引出接頭可選用通用電纜接頭PG16 或M20 × 1.5，不引線一端用端蓋封住。

       electric connection: On request lead from any exit, suggest φ 10 industrial cable as lead, so that it is sealed.Leadout socket could be general cable socket PG16 or M20 × 1.5，use end cap to seal no lead end.

    五、 結構及安裝方式construction and mounting options

    1. 直接安裝在測量點上（任意角度）。
       directly mount on measuring point（any angle）

    2. 盡量安裝在溫度梯度與溫度波動小的測壓點上，同時避免強振動和沖擊。
       suggest mount on measuring point with lower temperature gradient and temperature fluctuation, meanwhile avoid vibration and impact.
    3. 室外安裝時，盡可能放置于保護盒內，避免陽光直射和雨淋，以保持變送器性能穩(wěn)定和延長使用壽命。
       in case of outdoor mounting, preferred mounting in protection case, avoid direct exposure to sunlight and rainfall, to maintain transmitter s functional stability and longer service life.
    4. 測量蒸汽或其它高溫介質時，注意不要使變送器的工作溫度超限。必要時請安裝散熱器或其它冷卻裝置連接。
       when measuring steam or other high temperature media, make sure transmitter s working temperature limit is observed. Fit cooler or other cooling device if necessary.
    5. 安裝時應在變送器和介質之間加裝壓力截止閥，以便檢修和防止取壓口堵塞而影響測量。在壓力波動范圍大的場合還應加裝阻尼器或壓力緩沖裝置。
    when mounting, shut valve should be used between transmitter and medium, for easy maintenance and to prevent pressure taking port from blocking that influences measuring accuracy. Damper or pressure buffer should be used where big pressure fluctuation exists.
    注：不得隨意更換或改動可能影響防爆性能的元器件或結構。
    Note：random replacing or altering elements or construction that may impair explosion-proof function is prohibited.

   六、系統(tǒng)連接及調試System connection and adjustment
    變送器在測量系統(tǒng)中的連接見圖4。建議電源電壓Us 選用24V.DC。
    Connection of pressure transmitter in measuring system refers to figure 4. Suggest power supply Us uses 24V.DC
    二次儀表中采樣電阻（負載電阻）RL 的阻值選用250 Ω。如果Us 和RL 選用別的數值，那么RL 值不能超過由公式計算得到的數值。電源通過信號線接到變送器， 變送器頂部兩側面的連接孔用電纜密封或信號線裝配，信號電纜通過緊固螺母鎖緊，不使用的連接口必須密封。
    Sampling resistance in secondary instrument（load resistance）RL uses 250Ω。If resistance deviates for Us and RL, RL value shall not exceed the value from formula RL = Power supply is connected to transmitter via signal cable, connections holes at both sides of top of transmitter is sealed with cable or assembled with signal cable, signal cable is fastened by lock nuts, idle connection hole must be sealed.

    B：本安型壓力變送器intrinsically safety type pressure transmitter
    YS-1-B本安型壓力變送器采用本質安全電路，適用于爆炸危險區(qū)域，防爆等級ExiaIICT5(防爆合格證編號：CE042114)，技術性能指標與普通型壓力變送器相同。在系統(tǒng)回路中必須采用屏蔽信號電纜，并可靠接地。
    YS-1-B intrinsically safety type pressure transmitter adopts intrinsically safety circuit, suitable for explosive hazardous zone, explosion-proof class ExiaIICT5(explosion-proof certificate no.：CE042114)，echnical function index is same as standard pressure transmitter. Shielded signal cable must be used in system loop, and must be grounded firmly.

    變送器出廠前已根據用戶需求，量程、均已調到狀況，一般不需校驗。但以下情況需重新校驗：
    before delivery transmitter has been set range, accuracy within accuracy range as per customer s request, normally doesn t need calibration but as a exception if following situations occur：

    A. 運輸途中出現跌落、強烈震顛和碰撞；
       falling down, strong shock and vibration in transit；
    B. 存放期超過一年；
       over 1 year storage；

    C. 長時間運行后，出現大于范圍內的誤差；
       long time operation, error occurs greater than accuracy range;
    D. 使用單位的例行檢驗；
       user s routine inspection；
