低溫試驗(yàn)箱使用說明書
一、低溫試驗(yàn)箱用途與特點(diǎn)：
1、本儀器使用于水泥、混凝土、各種水卷材、型材、塑材的低溫檢測。
2、本儀器由壓縮機(jī)、冷凝器、過濾器、毛細(xì)管、蒸發(fā)器、恒溫槽、數(shù)顯儀表、數(shù)碼控溫系統(tǒng)等組成。本機(jī)制冷速度快、噪音小，使用方便。
二、低溫試驗(yàn)箱技術(shù)參數(shù)：
1、本儀器容積：160L
2、控溫范圍：0℃—-40℃
3、控制：&plun;0.5℃
4、電源：AC220V、50HZ
5、環(huán)境溫度：0—23℃
6、相對濕度：≤75%
三、低溫試驗(yàn)箱結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
該儀器選用上翻蓋兒，對低溫保持，試驗(yàn)方便。恒溫槽采用腐性較強(qiáng)的合金板，外用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板制作，中間充聚胺脂保溫材料。
四、低溫試驗(yàn)箱操作使用：
開箱后檢查儀器是否完好，然后把儀器放置在水平面上。
檢查電源是否穩(wěn)定，然后插上電源，打開電源開關(guān)，此時(shí)儀表顯示為恒溫槽內(nèi)實(shí)際溫度，等3分鐘后，壓縮機(jī)啟動。
五、低溫試驗(yàn)箱溫度設(shè)定：
按住“▲”鍵或下“▼”鍵3秒，顯示“5P”與設(shè)定溫度，再按“▲”鍵或“▼”鍵調(diào)整設(shè)定溫度，調(diào)整好后，不要按任何鍵，10秒鐘后自動保存退出。
六、低溫試驗(yàn)箱溫度事項(xiàng)：
1、儀器不允許在有潮濕及腐蝕性氣體的環(huán)境中存放與使用。
2、次使用（長時(shí)間未用情況下）本機(jī)須工作2小時(shí)后方能作檢測，以免次使用數(shù)值不準(zhǔn)確。
3、由于某些原因斷電或停電，就立即關(guān)掉電源開關(guān)，若需要重新啟動，須間隔30分鐘以上方能開機(jī)使用，以免開機(jī)燒毀壓縮機(jī)。
4、在搬運(yùn)時(shí)嚴(yán)禁將儀器傾斜45°以上。
5、使用時(shí)需要穩(wěn)壓器調(diào)節(jié)：220V 50Hz 15A 接地。
6、本儀器須接地。
7、本儀器只可用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室用，不可作普通冰柜使用，否則不予保修。
8、嚴(yán)禁在不使用時(shí)長時(shí)間運(yùn)行。
9、本儀器經(jīng)長途運(yùn)輸或搬運(yùn)，靜置2小時(shí)以后方能使用。

Five, the low temperature tt chamber temperature setting:
Hold "bring" key or "▼" key for 3 seconds, the display "5 p" and the set temperature, and then prs "bring" or "▼" key to adjust the set temperature, adjust good, do not prs any key to automatically save out after 10 seconds.
Six, low temperature tt chamber temperature items:
1, the instruments are not allowed in damp and store in the environment of corrosive gas and use it.
2, for the first time use (for a long time without use) the machine must work to 2 hours before tting, so as to avoid using numerical inaccuracy for the first time.
3, for some reason or power blackouts, immediately turn off the power switch, if you need to rtart the, must wait 30 minut to boot using, so as to avoid sharp boot burn down comprsor.
4, in handling, the instrument are forbidden to tilt more than 45 °.
5, the need when using voltage regulator to adjust: 15 a 220 v, 50 hz grounding.
6, the instrument must be grounded.
7, the instrument can be used in laboratory tts only and cannot be used as ordinary freezers, otherwise no warranty.
8, it is strictly prohibited without using long time running.
9, the instrument by long-distance transportation or handling, let stand for 2 hours, can use.
