一、設(shè)備用途

NALH型移動(dòng)式SF6氣體回收充氣裝置主要用于SF6電器開關(guān)制造廠、研究所、試驗(yàn)站、鐵路和鋼鐵冶煉、發(fā)電廠、送變電工程公司、超高壓輸變電站等供配電部門對(duì)GIS SF6開關(guān)電器進(jìn)行抽真空、充氣、回收凈化SF6氣體及液化罐裝貯存SF6氣體。也可用于SF6開關(guān)電器產(chǎn)品在安裝、調(diào)試及檢修時(shí)使用的輔助設(shè)備，除去超標(biāo)的水分、油份、塵埃等雜質(zhì)，提升其絕緣性能。SF6氣體回收裝置的工作原理是用于主機(jī)將設(shè)備氣室內(nèi)的SF6氣體抽出并壓縮至臨界壓力，使其成為液體后存入貯罐中貯存。在開關(guān)室需要時(shí)，將貯罐中的氣體回充到設(shè)備室內(nèi)。其中還含有干燥系統(tǒng)、凈化系統(tǒng)，保證回收的SF6氣體中的含水量、含油量及雜質(zhì)達(dá)到國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時(shí)還含有抽真空系統(tǒng)，保證設(shè)備中盡量不混入空氣和雜質(zhì)。也可用于別的氣體的使用。

二、裝置主要性能標(biāo)

1、抽真空速率

在初壓力為0.1 Mpa終壓力小于133 pa條件下，抽真空速率為小于10m3/ h 、5m3/ h。

2、充氣速率

在初壓力小于133pa終壓力達(dá)0.8Mpa條件下，充氣速率為小于10m3/ h 、5 m3/ h。

3、回收速率

在初壓力為0.8Mpa終壓力小于100pa條件下，回收速率為2m3/h。

4、凈化SF6氣體純度(質(zhì)量控制)：回收后SF6氣體的微量水份（氣體濕度）小于50PPMm/V(體積比)，油份小于10PPMm/G(重量比)，塵埃粒徑小于20μm。

5、凈化SF6氣體溫度控制：

制冷機(jī)溫度設(shè)定為0℃-20℃儲(chǔ)液罐加熱溫度設(shè)定溫度為100℃，活化分子篩加熱溫度設(shè)定為400℃。

6、裝置的真空度保持：在133Pa壓力下保持24h，真空度上升小于400Pa。
7、凈化SF6氣體濕度控制：當(dāng)氣源的六氟化硫氣體濕度為:≥1000μL/L時(shí)，經(jīng)回收后的氣體濕度應(yīng)低于: ＜80μL/L。

8、儲(chǔ)氣壓力：＜4.0Mpa。

9、裝置平均無(wú)故障時(shí)間≥1000h。

10、累積無(wú)故障運(yùn)行時(shí)間≥5000h。

5, purification SF6 gas temperature control:

The temperature of the refrigerating machine is set to 0C to 20C. The temperature of the storage tank is set to 100C and the heating temperature of the activated molecular sieve is set to 400C.
