XGW系列微機(jī)控制環(huán)剛度試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用機(jī)械加荷、電子測(cè)量、數(shù)字連續(xù)調(diào)速，應(yīng)用微型單片機(jī)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)控制。廣泛應(yīng)用于具有環(huán)形橫截面的熱塑性塑料管材和玻璃鋼管環(huán)剛度的測(cè)定,滿足PE雙臂波紋管、纏繞管和各種管材標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。該機(jī)對(duì)試驗(yàn)力、位移、速度同時(shí)進(jìn)行數(shù)字顯示，并有試驗(yàn)力峰值保持功能。適用于塑料管材環(huán)柔、環(huán)剛度、扁平、焊縫拉伸、管材蠕變比率等試驗(yàn)。并具備電子試驗(yàn)機(jī)的功能，可以作拉伸、壓縮、彎曲等試驗(yàn)。是工礦企業(yè)、科研院所、大專院校、商檢仲裁、技術(shù)監(jiān)督等部門的理想檢測(cè)設(shè)備。

二 特點(diǎn)：

1、 閉環(huán)控制：采用松下電機(jī)和伺服系統(tǒng)，的調(diào)速系統(tǒng)使試驗(yàn)速度實(shí)現(xiàn)閉環(huán)、自動(dòng)控制；

2、軟件系統(tǒng)：采用WindowsXP中文平臺(tái)下的人機(jī)對(duì)話操作，操作簡(jiǎn)單，數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確；開(kāi)放式軟件，可以根據(jù)客戶的個(gè)性化要求，出具不同的實(shí)驗(yàn)和參數(shù)。

3、 實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和曲線可以存儲(chǔ)、分析、打印和調(diào)閱：通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)，自動(dòng)求取試驗(yàn)力、斷裂強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、拉強(qiáng)度、彎曲撓度、彈性模量、伸長(zhǎng)率等參數(shù)，并對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)；

Produ introduion:

XGW series microcomputer control ring stiffness tester adopts mechanical loading, eleronic measurement and dial continuous speed control, and the microchip microcontroller is used for real-time control.

It is widely used in the determination of the ring stiffness of thermoplastic tubing and gl tube with circular cross seion, which meets the requirements of PE arms bellows, winding pipe and various pipe material standards.

The test force, displacement and speed of the machine are displayed simultaneously, and the test force peak retention funion.

It is applicable to the test of plastic pipe ring, ring stiffness, flat, weld tensile and tube ratio.

It has all the funions of eleronic universal testing machine, such as stretching, compression and bending.
