TSC型磁電式渦街流量計（以下簡稱磁電流量計）是根據(jù)法拉第電磁感應(yīng)原理開發(fā)出來的新型產(chǎn)品，適用于石油、化工、電力、冶金、紡織等領(lǐng)域，尤其適用于油田注水、摻水、污水的輸配計量。

TSC magnetic-electrical vortex flowmeter is a new designed product which is base on Faraday principle, it can be applied to petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, textile,etc. Especially the flow measurement of Oil blending, water injection, age.

主要特色Characteristics

儀表的變送與顯示為一體，由鋰電池供電，整機功耗極低，電池可連續(xù)工作一年以上。

Transmission and display of the instrumentation are integrated, it powered by lithium battery, with low power, and the battery can work continuously more than one year.

抗震性能強，因儀表檢測的是流體通過磁場所產(chǎn)生的電動勢，所以對來自管線徑向或軸向震動不會對測量造成影響。

Good vibration resistance, the instrumentation tests electromotive force which arising from magnetic filed when fluid flow. so the vibration which come from radial and axial of pipe cannot affect the measurement.

耐高壓，安全性高。因變送器結(jié)構(gòu)合理，有耐高壓和耐高壓沖擊，安全性高的特性。

TSC型磁電流量計是根據(jù)法拉第電磁感應(yīng)原理工作的，當導(dǎo)電流體通過獨特的，含有強磁力線通道時，就會產(chǎn)生電磁感應(yīng)電動勢，將電動勢檢出進行處理，即可實現(xiàn)對流體的測量。

TSC-type magnetic flow meter is based on the work of Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle, when the conductive fluid through unique channels containing strong magnetic field lines, it will produce electromagnetic induction electromotive force, after the force detected and processed, measurement of the fluid can be realized.

流量計的結(jié)構(gòu)

The structure of flow meter

TSC型磁電流量計是由磁電式流量變送器和磁電式流量顯示器兩部分組成。

TSC-type magnetic flow meter is consists of 2 parts: magnetic-electric flow transmitter and magnetic-electric flow indicator.

磁電流量變送器Flow meter Converter

作用：流量變送器通過自身的結(jié)構(gòu)將要檢測的導(dǎo)電流體的感應(yīng)電動勢信號傳送給流量顯示器。
結(jié)構(gòu)：流量變送器主要由殼體，非流線性柱體，檢測器，磁鋼等零部件組成。

Function: The transmitter transmit the induction signal which need to be test to fluid monitor by its structure.
Structure: Flow transmitter is consisted by shell, non-linear column, test, magnetic steel, etc.

流量顯示器Fluid monitor

作用：流量顯示器是將變送器輸入的流體信號通過智能化處理后顯示出流量數(shù)值，并可輸出信號。
結(jié)構(gòu)：流量顯示器主要由殼體，后蓋，導(dǎo)線引入裝置等組成。殼體，后蓋都為鋁合金材料制造，殼體
      有顯示窗口，殼體與后蓋之間為螺紋聯(lián)接，并加有密封圈。

Function: Fluid monitor is shown fluid value which is intelligent processed of transmitter input signal, and output signal.
Structure: the fluid monitor is consisted by shell, back cover, cable lead-in device,etc. the shell and back cover are made of Aluminum alloy, diaplay window in shell, shell and back cover is screw thead joint, and sealing ring is added.
