H—2016智能電池容量測(cè)試儀使用說(shuō)明書(shū)

一、本儀器采用微電腦技術(shù)、PID自動(dòng)控制、恒流放電，放電電流為0．5~10A可調(diào)（恒流），放電時(shí)間自動(dòng)記錄、保存，電流、總電壓、單只電壓﹑時(shí)間顯示，能測(cè)定電池的容量?？蓹z測(cè)標(biāo)稱12V，24V，36V，48V,72V的電池組。終止電壓：10.5V，21V，31.5V，42V，63V,自動(dòng)判別電池組電壓。是鉛酸電池生產(chǎn)，檢測(cè)，維修以及售后處理的必備工具。                                     

二、相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

1，根據(jù)國(guó)標(biāo)在25℃環(huán)境溫度下，以兩小時(shí)率來(lái)測(cè)試電池容量，即7AH的電池以7/2=3.5A的電流放電，10AH電池的電池以10/2=5A的電流放電，依次類推。一般的新電池能達(dá)到120分鐘以上的放電時(shí)間。

2，電池容量計(jì)算公式：{放電時(shí)間T（分）÷60×放電電流I（A）}AH。

三：操作步驟：

1，插好并擰緊正極夾頭、負(fù)極夾頭和采樣線夾頭.

      2，插上電源（AC220V），”嘀”一聲電源指示燈亮。

      3，按“設(shè)定”鍵，默認(rèn)值為10A，按“▲▼”鍵調(diào)節(jié)所需要的電流。（0.5-10A）

4,電池組串聯(lián)好,電池之間用1.5平方以上的電線連接,電線要求盡量短;串聯(lián)好的電池的編號(hào)由負(fù)極到正極依次為①號(hào)②號(hào)③號(hào)④號(hào).

5,分電壓夾頭連接方法;1號(hào)電池正極,2號(hào)電池正極,3號(hào)電池正極,各接一根,(采樣黃線)不分序號(hào),自動(dòng)設(shè)別.

6，按“放/停”鍵即開(kāi)始放電，放電結(jié)束，保存放電時(shí)間,顯示每只電池電壓。

7,當(dāng)放電過(guò)程中按一下“設(shè)定”鍵,顯示當(dāng)前各單電壓及總電壓,再按返回原來(lái)狀態(tài).

8,儀器放電過(guò)程中不能設(shè)定電流值,只能在放電之前先設(shè)定好電流值放電.

9,本儀器帶充電接口,放電完成自動(dòng)充電,充電器自配.

六、注意事項(xiàng)：

1，保持通風(fēng)，風(fēng)扇不轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)維修。

2，若按“設(shè)定”鍵無(wú)反應(yīng)時(shí)，請(qǐng)關(guān)掉電源，重新開(kāi)始。

3，如按“放/停”鍵沒(méi)有反應(yīng)時(shí)，請(qǐng)檢查極性有沒(méi)接反，或電池組一點(diǎn)電量也沒(méi)有.
