HJ換向器檢測(cè)裝置
換向器是有刷直流電機(jī)的關(guān)鍵部件之一,其質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)劣將直接影響人身和電機(jī)的運(yùn)行。
隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,對(duì)外貿(mào)易擴(kuò)大,電機(jī)產(chǎn)品出口的需要,上海南洋電機(jī)制造企業(yè),為了合歐洲有關(guān)(地區(qū))的檢測(cè)規(guī)定,09年委托我公司研發(fā)我國(guó)臺(tái)直流電機(jī)換向器檢測(cè)裝置,此裝置的研制成功改變了我國(guó)換向器人工逐片檢測(cè)、記錄的低工效落后狀況,填補(bǔ)了我國(guó)換向器檢測(cè)裝置的空白。
1、 換向器檢測(cè)裝置主要由以下10個(gè)主要部件組成:
(1) 換向器自動(dòng)檢測(cè)裝置工作臺(tái);
(2) 變頻齒輪減速電動(dòng)機(jī)及傳動(dòng)裝置;
(3) 脈沖編碼器;
(4) 換向器(受檢品)及檢測(cè)工裝(軸芯,套筒,填塊);
(5) 測(cè)量?jī)呻娮笥议g距調(diào)節(jié)支架及調(diào)節(jié)旋柄;
(6) 測(cè)量電上下間距調(diào)節(jié)支架及調(diào)節(jié)旋柄;
(7) 電安裝臂;
(8) 電;
(9) 接觸式位移傳感器及磁性支座;
(10) 換向器檢測(cè)裝置控制柜,包括聲光報(bào)警器,顯示屏,工控機(jī),耐電壓試驗(yàn)儀,控制按鈕及指示燈,變頻電源等。
2、 現(xiàn)裝置檢測(cè)換向器外形尺寸范圍如下:
(1) 換向器外徑:ø150mm~ø600mm
(2) 換向器軸孔內(nèi)徑:ø60mm~ø140mm
(3) 換向器片數(shù):50片~300片
(4) 換向器片的寬度:3mm~10mm
(5) 換向器片長(zhǎng)度:70mm~400mm
(6) 換向器質(zhì)量≈300kg
3、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)
(1)換向器片間耐電壓試驗(yàn)
a、檢測(cè)電壓220~500VAC可調(diào);
b、逐片對(duì)相鄰2片相互間及其對(duì)地的緣試驗(yàn);
c、檢測(cè)時(shí)換向器可按設(shè)定的速度能自行旋轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)行檢測(cè);
d、每片檢測(cè)時(shí)間:按工藝要求設(shè)定;
e、每片檢測(cè)點(diǎn)接觸1點(diǎn),當(dāng)換向器片的長(zhǎng)度較長(zhǎng)時(shí)可另協(xié)議;
f、當(dāng)檢測(cè)時(shí),如出現(xiàn)電氣短路缺陷時(shí),裝置即發(fā)出聲、光報(bào)警,自動(dòng)記錄該片片號(hào)、復(fù)位、并開(kāi)啟高壓,繼續(xù)檢測(cè)。
(2)換向器片與片之間位移數(shù)值和外表面的徑向圓跳動(dòng)的檢測(cè)
a、檢測(cè)換向器速試驗(yàn)前后冷態(tài)時(shí),片與片之間的位移數(shù)值和外表面徑向圓跳動(dòng)數(shù)值,檢測(cè)數(shù)值為變化的值;
b、接觸式位移傳感器測(cè)量值的分辨率2微米;
c、檢測(cè)時(shí)換向器可按工藝要求設(shè)定的速度自行旋轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)行檢測(cè);。
4、數(shù)據(jù)處理:
本檢測(cè)裝置分換向器圓度檢測(cè)和耐電壓試驗(yàn),并能對(duì)軸芯誤差進(jìn)行自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償。測(cè)量過(guò)程中,實(shí)時(shí)顯示圓度誤差曲線(xiàn)和每一片數(shù)據(jù);顯示耐電壓試驗(yàn)短路電片位置。
檢測(cè)完成后,即生成徑向圓跳動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)表和曲線(xiàn)圖。
耐電壓試驗(yàn)完畢,生成短路電片位置圖及數(shù)據(jù)。
Commutator is the key part of the brush DC motor.Shanghai BoYa Testing Machinery Co. develop a DC motor commutator testing equipment which is the first one in our country. It changes the low efficiency status which detecting one by one pieces and recorder manually.
1.ThisDC motor commutator testingequipment consists of ten key parts
(1) The table of auto testing equipment;
(2) Variable gear motor and gearing;
(3) Pulse encoder;
(4) TheCommutate(subjects products) and testing parts (shaft, sleeve, fill block);
(5) The adjustable stand and adjustable rotary handle between right and left testing electrodes;
(6) The adjustable stand and adjustable rotary handle between up and down testing electrodes;
(7) The installation arms of the electrodes;
(8) The electrodes;
(9) Contact displacement sensors and magnetic bearing;
(10)Thecontrol cabinet ofcommutator testing equipmentincludes sound and light alarm, display screen, , high voltage tester, control button and lights, frequency power.

3. Main technical parameter
(1)high voltage testing
a. Testing voltage: 220-500VAC adjustable
b. Every piece with other two sides pieces to ground isolation testing
c. Commutator rotating speed adjustable
d. every piece testing time: according to request of technologies
e. The sound and light alarm when electrical shortcut take place, the pieces number will be recorded automatically then reset and restart high voltage, continues to test.
(2)The testing of displacement between pieces andradial circular bound ofouter surface
a. Before and after speeding, test the value of displacement between pieces andthe radial circular bound ofouter surface.
b. The resolution of sensor measurement is 2 micron
4.Data processing
The function of this equipment includes commutator roundness testing and high voltage testing, and has the ability to compensation the error of shaft. During the testing it will display the roundness error curve and the data of every piece; display the piece position of short circuit. After testing log the data table and curve of radial error, and log the data and curve of short circuit pieces.
