Rapid battery activation instrument is a comprehensive treatment device with integrated functions such as charging, repairing and activation. It has multiple repair functions on lead-acid batteries, and can be used to repair various 12V/4-200AH lead-acid batteries, especially suitable for the maintenance and repair of all kinds of electric bicycle batteries. It can also be used for the restoration of low batteries and the repairing of failed batteries, having obvious effects on lengthening battery service life. The instrument is low in energy consumption, easy to operate, and flexible in the setting of activation current parameters; it can treat batteries of various failures and different tes and specs.

Charge (Ordinary/Water Replenish)
Automatic control of voltage and current during charging, with functions such as equalizing charge and water replenish with chemical composition.
Pulse desulfurization:
It adopts high frequency pulse desulfurization technology, which has excellent non-destructive repair effects on batteries with sulfurized negative plate. The current is adjustable during the operation so as to meet the requirement of batteries of different specs.
Activation repair:
Use pulse large current (maximum peak up to 200A) to conduct special activation treatment on batteries, and this technique can significantly increase the capacity of batteries with a softened positive plate.
