2.1 AC輸入AC Input

2.1.1輸入電壓Input Voltage 

表格1：列舉AC輸入電壓范圍，在此電壓范圍內(nèi)，電源應(yīng)正常工作并合電氣性能要求。

Table 1: Lists the AC input operating voltage range. The power shall work rmally and meet all electrical requirements throughout this range.

2.1.2輸入頻率Input Frequency 

表格2：列舉AC輸入頻率范圍，在此頻率范圍內(nèi)，電源應(yīng)正常工作并合電氣性能要求。

Table 2: List the AC input operating frequency range. The power shall work rmally and meet all electrical requirements throughout this range.

2.1.3沖擊電流Inrush Current

沖擊電流峰值在額定電壓輸入，冷啟動(dòng)（25℃）時(shí)，不大于50A;且在任何負(fù)載和輸入條件下，不導(dǎo)致性損壞或危險(xiǎn)，輸入電壓的定義見表格1.

Peak inrush current shall be limited to 50A of rated input voltage and cold start at 25 degre C, and shall t rult in a permanent damage of the power supply under any conditions of load and input voltage as specified at any input voltage as specified in table 1.

2.1.4待機(jī)功耗Standby Input Power

在額定電壓輸入情況下，待機(jī)功耗不大于1W。

The standby input power should more than 1W under the rated input voltage condition.

2.1.5輸入電流Input Current Limiting

在輸入電壓小值，負(fù)載為滿載條件下，輸入電流不大于1.2A。

The input current should be ls than1.2A, under minimum AC input and full load.

2.1.6效率Efficiency

在額定輸入電壓，負(fù)載和額定負(fù)載條件下，電源的效率大于75%.

The power supply efficiency shall be greater than75% under rated input voltage. It will be measured at the tical load and maximum load.

2.2輸出規(guī)格Output Specification

2.2.1電壓調(diào)整率DC Voltage Regulation

在輸出端子量測的電壓需合表格3中標(biāo)示的調(diào)整范圍。

電壓調(diào)整的限值不包括2.2.4節(jié)中要求的DC負(fù)載瞬態(tài)變化。

The DC output voltag will remain within the regulation rang shown in Table 5 when measured ate the load end of the output connectors.

The voltage regulation limits do t include the transient DC load chang, which are covered in Section 3.2.4.

2.2.3輸出紋波與噪聲Output Ripple and ise

下面表格5是紋波與噪聲要求，以2.2.2節(jié)中定義的負(fù)載范圍和2.1.1節(jié)定義的輸入電壓為測試條件，紋波與噪聲均應(yīng)合要求，測試時(shí)示波器設(shè)置為20MHz帶寬，輸出端并接一0.1uF瓷片電容和一100uF鉭電解電容（低R值）。

The following table 5 is output ripple and ise requirements, it will be met throughout the load rang specified in Section 2.2.2 and under all input voltage conditions as specified Section 2.1.1, Measurements will be made with an oscilloscope set to 20MHz bandwidth limit. The outputs will be bed with one 0.1uF multilayer (te X7R) and one 100uF tantalum electrolytic (low R) capacitors.

2.2.4輸出動(dòng)態(tài)負(fù)載響應(yīng)Output Dynamic Load Rponse

輸出電壓在下列表格6定義的負(fù)載變化時(shí)，合規(guī)格要求，負(fù)載變化率為0.1Amps/uS, 50Hz~10 KHz之間。

The output voltag will remain within specified regulation limit of the minal set voltage for chang in load as specified below under the following load steps defined below table 8. At a slew rate of 0.1Amps/uS between 50Hz to 10 KHz.

2.2.5電壓過沖Overshoot at turn-on/ turn-off

開機(jī)或關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)，電壓過沖不得過標(biāo)稱值的10%.

Any overshoot at turn on or turn off shall be ls than 10% of rated output voltage.

2.3保護(hù)功能Protection Function

2.3.1過壓保護(hù)Over Voltage Protection(NA)

          電源提供過壓保護(hù). The power supply will provide OVP function.

2.3.2短路保護(hù)Short Circuit Protection

輸出的短路定義為其輸出阻小于0.1歐姆，在上述3.1節(jié)中定義的輸入條件下，電源將進(jìn)行保護(hù)，保護(hù)過程中，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)諸如元器件、連接器等損壞危險(xiǎn)。

An output short circuit is defined as any output impedance of ls than 0.1 ohms. The power supply will protect without damage to overseers of to the unit (components, connectors, etc) under the input conditions specified in Section 3.1 above.

2.3.3過功率保護(hù)Over Power Protection

電源過流點(diǎn)合下表限值要求，而且過功率保護(hù)危險(xiǎn)和損壞，在保護(hù)去除后，電源自動(dòng)恢復(fù).

The power supply shall meet the limitation requirement as below table without any damage, the unit shall recover and function automatically after the protection is removed.

2.4時(shí)序特性Timing

2.4.1保持時(shí)間Hold up Time

滿載條件下，電源在100Vac/47Hz輸入時(shí)，保持時(shí)間不小于5mS；110/220Vacc/50/60Hz輸入時(shí)，保持時(shí)間不小于8mS。

Hold-up time ls than 5mS at 100Vac/47Hz input and ls than 8mS at 110/220Vac/50/60Hz input, the output loading should be set up with full load during the tt.

2.4.2啟動(dòng)時(shí)間Start up Time

滿載條件下，電源在100Vac/47Hz輸入時(shí)，啟動(dòng)時(shí)間不大于3秒；110/220Vac/50/60Hz輸入時(shí)，啟動(dòng)時(shí)間不大于2秒。

Start up time more than 3 seconds at 100Vac/47Hz input and more than 2 seconds at 110/220Vac/50/60Hz, the output loading should be set up with full load during the tt.

4.2老化壽命測試Burn-in and Life tt 

Asuntech將與客戶評(píng)估并確認(rèn)電源產(chǎn)品室內(nèi)老化壽命測試過程。

Asuntech shall discuss with customer to make sure the power in house Burn-In and life tt procedur.

1. 產(chǎn)品安規(guī)要求Product Safety Requirement

5.1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Standard

遵循IEC60065（音、視頻類產(chǎn)品要求）要求.

Meet IEC60065 (Audio and video products -safety requirement) standard requirement.

5.2接觸電流Leakage Current 

接觸電流不得過3.5mA (220Vac/50Hz).

Leakage current shall t exceed 3.5mA at 220Vac/50Hz.

5.3緣阻Insulation Ristance

初級(jí)對(duì)次級(jí)：≥20M歐姆，500VDC

-Primary to Secondary: 20 Meg. Ohms min. 500VDC

5.4緣強(qiáng)度Dielectric Strength Tting 

緣強(qiáng)度滿足下表的要求，100%在線產(chǎn)品執(zhí)行此項(xiàng)測試，并每一項(xiàng)目至少保持60S時(shí)間，故障。

Hi-pot tt shall be met the table 8 requirements, an item listing this tt as a 100% production tt must be performed and be maintained at that level for a minimum of 3 seconds without failure.
