六、注意事項(xiàng) Note
（1）靜電措施D countermeasure
靜電及高壓會對LED 造成損壞，是晶片材質(zhì)為InGaN 的產(chǎn)品對靜電護(hù)要求更加嚴(yán)格，要求在使用和檢驗(yàn)
產(chǎn)品時(shí)戴靜電手腕帶或靜電手套，焊接工具及設(shè)備外殼需接地，焊接條件遵循此份規(guī)格書中的條件。
Static elericity and high volt can damage led，The produion whose Die material is InGaN must strily required
to prevent D，Must put on static glove and static fillet，Soldering tool and the cover of device must conne the
ground，soldering condition follows the related stating of produion specification manual。
（2）過電流保護(hù)Proteing countermeasure when over current
為避免由于電壓的變化引起大電流沖擊而造成產(chǎn)品損壞，需要加入保護(hù)電阻。
Need add the proteing ristor in circuit in order to avoid damaging led due to big current and voltage fluuation。
（3）LED 安裝方法LED installation method
1、在應(yīng)用中須將大功率安裝在適當(dāng)?shù)纳崞希谏崞痛蠊β手g打上散熱膏。
When using it ,should ear silicon glue on the back of power LED and install it on a proper heatsink .
2、注意在拿、放和安裝、使用大功率時(shí)，不能給大功率上的芯片區(qū)施加任何壓力，里面金線開路。
Don’t prs the wafer area of power LED in case of the gold wire open ,When touching the produion.
（4）存儲時(shí)間Storage time
1、在溫度5℃～35℃，濕度RH60%條件下，產(chǎn)品可保存一年。過保存期的產(chǎn)品需重新檢測后方能使用。
Led can be stored for a year under the condition: the temperature of 5℃～35℃ and humidity of RH60%，The
produion must be re-inspeed and tted before use if their storage time exceed a year。
2、如果打開的產(chǎn)品在5℃～35℃，RH60%的空氣條件下放置過一周，則需要將產(chǎn)品在65℃&plun;5℃的環(huán)境中放置
24 小時(shí)以上，并盡量在十五天內(nèi)使用。
If led is exposed in air for a week under the condition: the temperature of 5℃～35℃，humidity of RH60%，must
place the led in the ambience of 65℃&plun;5℃ for 24 hours and use it in 15 days for 。
（5）清洗Cleaning
當(dāng)用化學(xué)用品清洗膠體時(shí)須小心，因?yàn)橛行┗瘜W(xué)品對膠體表面有損傷并引起褪色如三氯乙烯、等。
可用乙醇擦拭、浸漬，時(shí)間在常溫下不過3 分鐘。
Be careful of some chemical rults in the led colloid fad and damage when using chemical clean the led，such as
chloroethylene, acetone etc。 can use ethanol to wash or soak led but the time don’t exceed 3 minut.
（6）對分光產(chǎn)品，請按分包使用，避免出現(xiàn)色差及燈暗
For the LED sorted light,please sort the different package to use and cann’t mix them in case of dark light and color
error.
