    利用IC檢測(cè)電源的波形、相位，判斷電源是否異常。在電機(jī)等感性負(fù)載運(yùn)行時(shí)的一相或二相斷路、短路、反相時(shí)，能快速進(jìn)行判斷，并輸出繼電保護(hù)，其保護(hù)功能不受線路或負(fù)載電流大小、沖擊電流、不平衡電流和負(fù)載性質(zhì)的影響，實(shí)現(xiàn)全性能、全氣候長(zhǎng)期工作，確保電器、電機(jī)正常穩(wěn)定工作狀態(tài)。­

一、保護(hù)特點(diǎn)  Characteristics of protection­

1.動(dòng)態(tài)缺相、靜態(tài)缺相保護(hù)：指被保護(hù)設(shè)備在運(yùn)行狀態(tài)或非運(yùn)行狀態(tài)時(shí)，任意一相發(fā)生斷相故障。指示燈形式為：紅燈亮，并優(yōu)先；­

Phase loss protection: It means that any phase occurs phase loss when the protected circuit is in running or stopping status. In this case, the red indicator light will be lighted and be priority.­

2.錯(cuò)相保護(hù)：防止L1、L2、L3三相交流電源相序接錯(cuò)的一種保護(hù)措施。即時(shí)動(dòng)作。指示燈形式為：黃燈亮；­

Phase opposite protection: It is a safeguard acting immediately, which protects L1, L2, and L3 three phase against wrong connection sequence. In this case, the yellow indicator light will be lighted.­

3.電壓不平衡保護(hù)：指三相電壓不平衡將會(huì)影響設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行的一種電壓不平衡率的保護(hù)。電壓不平衡率高于8%時(shí)。指示燈形式為：缺相紅燈亮，并優(yōu)先；­

Voltage imbalance protection: While a protection of voltage imbalance rate > 8%, the imbalance of three phase voltage will affect the safe running of the equipment. In this case that there is a phase losing, the red indicator light will be lighted and be priority.­

4.延時(shí)保護(hù)：有故障出現(xiàn)時(shí)監(jiān)視器延時(shí)1~2秒后動(dòng)作，繼電器釋放；­

Delay protection：When the fault happens, the monitor will delay 1~2 seconds to act and release.­

二、性能特點(diǎn)  Characteristics of performance­

1.監(jiān)視器的保護(hù)功能不受線路或負(fù)載的電流大小，沖擊電流、不平衡電流和負(fù)載性質(zhì)的影響。能夠全性能、全氣候長(zhǎng)期工作。功耗不大于2W；­

The protection functions of relay don’t be affected by current intensity of circuit or load, impulse current, imbalance current and load characteristic. The relay could long term work under full capability and full climate. Power consumption is lower than 2W.­

2.用于電機(jī)保護(hù)時(shí)對(duì)電機(jī)接線方式無要求；­

There is no requirement for connecting method when it is used in protection of motor.­

三、工作特點(diǎn)  Characteristics of working­

1.L1、L2、L3三相接線正確，監(jiān)視器綠燈亮，繼電器吸合；如果相序接錯(cuò)，監(jiān)視器黃燈亮，只要交換L1、L2、L3三相中的任意兩相，監(jiān)視器就能認(rèn)定該相序并正常工作。當(dāng)被保護(hù)的設(shè)備正常工作后出現(xiàn)黃燈亮，繼電器不吸合時(shí)，應(yīng)視為外線路相序誤接，監(jiān)視器具有防誤接保護(hù)功能；­

If the connection of L1, L2 and L3 phases are right, the green light of the relay illuminates and the relay closes. If they are wrong, the yellow light of the relay illuminates. Exchanging any two of them, the relay will accept the phase sequence and begin to work normally. In this case that there occurs yellow light illuminated and relay unclosed after the protected equipment works normally, it should be a wrong connection of external circuit. The relay has a function of protection against wrong connection.­

2.L1、L2、L3三相缺相時(shí)，紅燈亮，綠燈不亮，繼電器釋放；電壓正常時(shí)恢復(fù)，綠燈亮，繼電器吸合；­

While any of these L1, L2 and L3 phases is Na phase, the red light is lighted with the unlighted green light and the released relay. While the voltage come back to normal, it will recover immediately with lighted green light and closed relay.­

3.L1、L2、L3接三相交流電壓，NO、COM為常開觸點(diǎn)；NC、COM為常閉觸點(diǎn)。直接使用導(dǎo)線連接接線端子；­

L1, L2 and L3 connect with three phase AC. NO, COM are normally open contact point and NC, COM are normally closed contact point. Use lead to connect terminal directly.­
